$5 flat rate postage charge applies to all orders under $120, orders $120 and over will receive free tracked shipping. All orders are shipped via tracked parcel post through Australia Post.
Generally Every order is custom made for you. Standard completion times are 2-3 weeks + post, turn around on all orders. If the turn around time is expected to be longer than this, there will be a banner across the top of our website, as well as stating the turn around time at the cart which you will have to select in order to proceed - it cannot be missed. Turn around time will also appear on your invoice. BE's/BR's please allow 3-5 weeks.
We are slowly introducing a range of 'ready to ship' garments, these garments have a 3 day turn around. However if a customer orders both ready to ship items, as well as made to order items, they will all be shipped together based off the longest timeframe - ie, 2-3wks.
Please contact us if you would like to place an URGENT order. This can generally be accommodated, but it is best to confirm prior to placing your urgent order to ensure it can be met. All URGENT orders also require express shipping. We will only accept URGENT orders, where the buyer is willing to pay for express post.
These production times are PRIOR to handing your delivery to Australia Post.
Firstly, we are sorry if you are having any issues with our product.
BamBee Organic is a 100% hand made and custom made business. As such each garment is handmade for your order, due to this we cannot accept returns/exchanges due to 'change of mind' or selecting the wrong size. We strongly urge all customers to measure their child and consult our sizing chart prior to purchase, we are also always happy to help you select the appropriate size - please just message us.
We generally accept cancellation of orders provided we are notified within 24hrs. We do however charge a 10% restocking fee - this fee is in place as we usually have all orders cut within the first 24hrs.
BamBee Organic will happily replace or refund any items if they are found to be defective, damaged during shipping or if we have made an error. Contact must be made within 3 days of your package arriving, please email us on BamBee@outlook.com.au or contact us via our website. Please include photos of the defect to help us process your claim in a timely manner.
If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your garments, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please also check your emails for your tracking details, this will be able to give you updates on your order, and will usually also give an estimated delivery from Australia Post.
If Australia Post declare that they have lost your parcel prior to delivery, we will work with you to come to a solution. Whether this be a replacement or store credit.
If the address you have provided to BamBee Organic is incorrect, please make sure to contact us ASAP. We will accept changes to your address, and deliver to the correct address, provided your parcel has not yet been packed.
If you fail to notice you have provided an incorrect address, and the parcel is returned to us, it will be the buyers responsibility to pay the full postage price to have the item resent.
In the event Australia Post state that your parcel has been delivered, and you do not yet have it, please contact us ASAP. We will provide you with instructions on what to do next.
